All four apartments come with all bedding, towels, heating, parking, wif fi, etc. The kitchens have tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, laundry products, washing up items. There are basic toiletries in the bathrooms and flat screen TVs with free view. All are quite different in layout and decor but all enjoy the same personal service.
The Towers apartment sleeps 4, it has wi-fi and dedicated parking. The apartment on the second floor and has a sea facing balcony and tremendous views from Sandsend to the Abbey, it has one double bedroom with en-suite shower/steam room and a twin room with separate shower room, all beds are independently electrically controlled. The Towers has a large living room and kitchen diner, wide doorways and is often used by full time wheelchair users, the TV in this apartment is 65" curved 3D with internet.
The Court apartment sleeps 4 and is on the ground floor reached by 2 steps from the parking spot right outside. Inside there is wi-fi, a kitchen with breakfast bar, living room / diner and stairs - with a stair lift - to the rooms upstairs. One double mezzanine bedroom, one twin room with en-suite shower room and a separate bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Dogs are allowed in The Court apartment for a fee of £20 regardless of length of stay.
The Pillars sleeps 4-5 and is on the ground floor right next to the Court with wi-fi and parking right outside. It has a large modern open plan living room with dining area, kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC. Upstairs is a double mezzanine bedroom with en-suite, a quirky twin room with an additional area with a single futon and a family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and handbasin. A dog is allowed in this apartment for a one off charge of £20.
The Garret sleeps 2 and is on the 4th floor of this iconic building, it benefits from dedicated parking and wi-fi. it can be reached by stairs or lift. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room / diner and double bedroom - all with sea views towards Sandsend. There is a bath and separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, all rooms are on one floor. This apartment provides bathrobes.
