"Stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring whitby and the Cleveland way. Found this place to be excellent. Very comfy bed with great shower and they provide a generous cooked breakfast choosing from eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, cereals, toast, fruits and yoghurt juices and coffee as part of the deal. You can also pay for dinner although I didn't. I was on foot and it is about half an hour walk from town. There is Lidl supermarket around the corner which was handy for a few things."

"Upon on arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, our room in the St Francis building, was lovely and warm, not to mention spotlessly clean.
Our breakfast which was delicious, was served in the Garden Room, which again was spotless, the ladies serving breakfast, were again all very friendly.
Have stayed in Whitby lots of times before and always driven past Sneaton, not anymore this will now be my 1st choice, when visiting Whitby."
